Nestled in the heart of Perthshire, in the picturesque village of Meikleour, this peaceful and centrally located house is just a 2-minute walk from The Meikleour Arms Hotel and many beautiful woodland walks. Shops and other amenities are only 4 miles away in Blairgowrie.
The space
Step into a warm, peaceful, character-filled house perfect for a relaxing couples’ getaway. The entrance hall leads upstairs to a cosy bedroom and bathroom, while downstairs you’ll find a tastefully decorated, spacious lounge with a wood-burning stove, TV, and comfortable seating.
The kitchen opens off the living room and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a small dining table suitable for two.
Guest access
Access through secure coded gate directly off roadside into the front garden there is a path which leads to the front door.
Step inside to a welcoming hallway that leads to a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove—perfect for cosy evenings. The kitchen is located just off the lounge, making it easy to prepare meals. Upstairs, you’ll find a cosy bedroom and a well-equipped bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring beautiful Perthshire.

We also have another self-catering property adjacent to this one, Beechwood Cottage. We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 9pm to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone.
This accommodation is ideally located, with adventures to be found in every direction—whether it’s a shopping trip to Blair Atholl’s House of Bruar, a walk to the Pitlochry Fish Ladder and Dam, or visits to the many historical sights in Dunkeld, Dundee, or Perth’s renowned Scone Palace.
